HONORING TRANSFORMATIVE MOTHERING

This May, UUWF is expanding the definition of mothering—honoring it not just as a biological role, but as a powerful practice of care, leadership, and community-building. Rooted in love, accountability, and collective responsibility, mothering shows up in how we nurture one another, hold space, and work toward a more just and liberated world.

Join UUWF on May 21 for Mothering the Movement, a special gathering exploring mothering as a practice of care, leadership, and collective liberation beyond biology. Together, we’ll reflect on the many ways women+ nurture communities, sustain movements, and create space for growth, healing, and connection.

This conversation invites us to honor transformative mothering in all its forms—and to imagine how care can continue shaping a more just and compassionate world. 💜
