Ministerial Survey Results are Available

The Ministerial Relations Committee presented the results of the congregation wide Ministerial Survey at the June 7th Town Hall meeting. Many thanks to the 52 people who participated in the survey, including their ratings along with many valuable comments, suggestions and ideas for Rev. Deborah.

The presentation includes bar graphs showing the five areas of ministry in which we rated our experience of Rev Deborah’s skills and activities for her first six months as our minister. The areas are Worship, Pastoral Care, Membership, Community and Administration. Each area shows ratings of one or more elements. We rated Rev. Deborah strong in all areas.

A big thanks to all who participated and to Jim Cooper who gifted us with his time and Google survey expertise!
