Doors open at 6:30 PM
Grow Good Hawaii and Hui Mālama O Ke Kai Foundation invite the community to a free screening of Niu Forever.
The film takes viewers into the heart of Hawaiʻi, where the niu (coconut tree) represents resilience, food sovereignty, and cultural renewal. It explores how communities are working together to protect genetic diversity, address invasive species, and strengthen connections to land, culture, and one another.
Those interested can watch the trailer on the Niu Forever website and reserve free tickets here.
