- ICE Immigration Operation Observers: Rights & Best Practices: Sunday, August 9, 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM, UH Manoa (location available upon registration) – Training on rights and best practices for witnesses and observers in documenting federal immigration operations, e.g. ICE. Session will include a presentation and role-playing exercises. Training will be conducted by O‘ahu Rapid Response Coalition. Click here to register.
