Hope Circle Registration Open

Hello Honolulu!

This is Rev. Sam, your Hope for Us coach. It is time to register for the Hope Circle!

Last year we began The Hope Circle as a creative way to tell the many interwoven histories of this community. In addition to small group activities, the Hope Circle met twice in-person to explore the history of the congregation from 1952-2015.

This year, the Hope Circle will meet twice more to sit with recent stories: to understand the impact of events of the last decade on our relationships and to wonder what is needed in the future for different ways of being to be possible. We will look for wisdom in what has been painful, support one another in rebuilding trust, and clarify our relationships with one another, informed by the wisdom we find and the trust we nurture.

We invite you to register! As part of this next phase, we will be together in person Oct. 2 and 3 as well as Jan. 8 and 9. There will be smaller group meetings in between. Please attend both workshops.

• Returning circle participants: We want to invite all of you who joined us last year to register again for this year. Please bring your wisdom and experience from last year into these next conversations – we will need you!
• New circle participants: If you are new in the congregation or new to the Hope Circle process, we welcome you! Please register at the link below and you will be contacted by a member of Team Hope to help orient you to the process ahead.
