October 22, 2026 Minister’s Message

Aloha, mai kākou,

Our community feels fresh, active, warm, and growing. I am enjoying life in our congregation and I dearly hope you are!

One lovely surprise for me is experiencing music on a deeper level than I ever have before. Listening to Noe, exploring music to suggest, and hearing our choir on Sundays and in rehearsal. This week I am listening to music that evokes nature – one piece I found that we cannot use in church– not enough instruments is “Become Ocean.” If you want to feel surrounded by the natural world, transported to places of peace and depth, I recommend it!
