The A.D.O.R.E. Book Group discussion of Isabel Wilkerson’s powerful book Caste: The Origin of Our Discontents continues.  While the group discussion began in May, it became clear that the book warrants more study.  Join us Sunday, July 4th @ 11:30am – 1pm

Sessions are held via Zoom and all are welcome. To be added to the A.D.O.R.E. Book Group’s email distribution list and to receive the Zoom link for the discussion plus supplementary materials, contact Lee Curran @ dflcurran@gmail.com.

“In this brilliant book, Isabel Wilkerson gives us a masterful portrait of an unseen phenomenon in America as she explores, through an immersive, deeply researched narrative and stories about real people, how America today and throughout its history has been shaped by a hidden caste system, a rigid hierarchy of human rankings.”  ~ Oprah’s Book Club

I was not here for the previous discussions, but I’d like to join the group. I’ve almost finished the book. Let me know if you’re discussing a certain section June 12.
    Thank you,
    Danielle
