Hello ,

This summer, UU musicians, songleaders, choir members, worship band instrumentalists, ministers, and music lovers from across the country will gather for the Association for Unitarian Universalist Music Ministries Annual Conference & Songleaders Convergence — and we’d love for you and your congregation to be part of it!

Whether you’re considering traveling to Milwaukee or joining virtually, this gathering offers a meaningful opportunity to reconnect with music, worship, creativity, and community.

This conference isn’t just for professional musicians. It’s designed for the whole ecosystem of UU worship and music — music directors, ministers, choir members, worship band instrumentalists, songleaders, and anyone who loves music.

Conference Details
July 29 – August 2, 2026
First Unitarian Society of Milwaukee

You can learn more and register here!

And a quick reminder: registration pricing increases after May 31. If you’re planning to attend — in person or virtually — now is a great time to reserve your spot at the lower rate. Scholarships are available, and we especially welcome first-time attendees.

Join our Virtual Q&A Open House on May 26 at 5pm ET / 2pm PT
Ask questions about workshops, scholarships, travel, virtual participation, and what the conference experience is like. Click here to register.

Can’t make it to Milwaukee this year? You and your congregation can still be part of the experience. Our virtual option is thoughtfully designed to be engaging, accessible, and inclusive — offering opportunities to learn, sing, and connect from wherever you are. If that’s possible for your community, it can be a powerful (and fun!) way to strengthen your music ministry.

If you have musicians in your congregation, I hope you’ll consider inviting them. There is something powerful about gathering with others who believe, as we do, that music is ministry.

Warmly,
AUUUMM Team
