✨ The Magic of Generosity – Our Annual Pledge Drive Begins ✨

In a magic show, a magician pulls surprising things out of a hat — a rabbit, flowers, something unexpected — but the magic we create together is the quiet and real magic of generosity.

Generosity is what allows a community like ours to exist and flourish. When people share their time, care, talents, and financial support, something remarkable happens: together we create something greater than any one of us.

In a magic show, it may appear that something comes from nowhere.
But we know the truth – the real magic isn’t in the hat.

When each of us gives what we can, something wonderful appears
a community that cares, grows, and thrives together.

And that is the real magic.

To celebrate with an evening of food, conversation (and MAGIC!)
Join us for our “Magic of Generosity” Pledge Dinner on Saturday, April 4th from 4:30 to 7:00 pm.

If you have questions or your plans have changed please email Catherine Graham.

OUR MAGICIAN!

David Fry has been performing magic since his debut in the junior high school talent show (many years ago…)  A proud member of the International Brotherhood of Magicians since he was 16, David was a professional magician in college (working the Showboat Majestic on the Ohio River) and has performed magic as an avocation ever since.  A resident of Oakland California, longtime UU, and proud dad and granddad, David inspires us all to join in creating the magic!
