McKay Center for International Studies for an O`ahu Young Adult Interfaith Summit, that will be held on January 17, 2026 in Laie, O`ahu. Registration is open to young adults ages 18-28 years old. Ray Takeshita, member of Hawai`i Conference of Religions & Peace, has been a volunteer to help Institute for Human Service’s “Blue Christmas” event every year in December. He needs more participating churches and temples and their volunteers to help serve more than 100 guests at dinner, etc. If you can help contact Ray at raytakeshita1@gmai.com. This is an invitation to the last event in our Faith, Freedom and Peace series.
We want to end the year in solidarity with believers of all faiths in an uplifting, interfaith celebration sending a message of peace and aloha to the world during the holiday season. Let us close 2025 with a collective rededication to protect the right to believe.
