Graphic titled “The Arc of Our Time Together” for the UUA General Assembly closing weekend. It shows a progression from Friday’s focus on arrival, reconnection, and remembering, to Saturday morning grounding in story and place, Saturday afternoon reflection and deepening relationships, and Saturday evening inspiration and challenge. Sunday concludes with renewal in spirit and being sent forth. The visual includes soft watercolor scenes and icons representing each stage.
Following several days of business sessions, learning, and opportunities to connect across the General Assembly, we come back together June 19 through Sunday, June 21 for a shared closing weekend shaped by worship, reflection, and connection.

From Friday’s re-gathering worship with Rev. Katie Romano Griffin and Rev. Rachel Lonberg, to Saturday’s Meet the Moment programming and the Ware Lecture from Bishop Marianne Budde, each piece builds on the last.

You’ll also hear from voices across Unitarian Universalism and beyond, including Rev. Verdis Robinson, Rev. Bruce Beisner, Rev. Liz Weber, Rev. Liz Walker in conversation with Rev. Beth Johnson, and poet Crystal Simone Smith.

We close on Sunday in worship with Rev. Jen Youngsun Ryu, grounding us for what comes next.

Come as you are. Leave connected, renewed, and ready for the work ahead.

Join a Wave Cohort Experience on Saturday at GA!
On Saturday June 20th, all GA participants are invited to Meet the Moment by joining a Wave Cohort! Wave Cohorts bring together a group of engaged people to have a focused experience on a particular topic- not a workshop, not a webinar, but a shared, dynamic multi-directional flow. These three-hour Waves will happen LIVE, either on Zoom or in person at the GA Studio Site in Louisville, and offer all GA participants the opportunity to join with others to go deep on a topic of their choice- building collective understandings about the moment we are in and practicing shared, values-based discernment about how we can Meet the Moment: Together Everywhere!

These Waves will be facilitated by teams of skilled leaders, with deep knowledge and experience of the topic, who are ready to guide the Cohort through our three Meet the Moment Grounding Questions, as they related to their topic:

  1. What is the Moment we are in?
  2. What are the urgent needs and important opportunities of this Moment?
  3. What do our shared values call us to do in this Moment?

Check out these exciting Wave Cohorts, launching at GA 2026:

  1. Choosing Love: Exploring Compassion in a Hurting World
  2. Constellations of Religious Education**
  3. Dreaming Into Possibilities: Innovation in Unitarian Universalism*
  4. Fat Liberation in a Time of Body Fascism
  5. Ministry to Meet the Moment*
  6. Multigenerational Worship: Connection to Spirituality, Identity & Each Other
  7. Raising Children in the Midst of Collapse
  8. Staffing Sustainably and Faithfully
  9. The Minneapolis Moment: Lessons in Multifaith Organizing
  10. Virtual and Hybrid Ministry: Care and Connection
  11. We Are Builders: Organizing Movement Infrastructure with Side With Love

*This Wave Cohort will be happening in-person only at the UUA Studio Site in Louisville, KY.

**This Wave Cohort is open to professional religious educators, including those curious about LREDA membership.

Check out future GA Newsletters for more details and highlights from these Waves!

GA Delegate Credentialing Now Open
The General Assembly delegate credentialing process is now open, and congregations may begin assigning member delegate credentials through the Credential Manager. Congregations should check their email for a unique link to access their Credential Manager.

Religious professionals will use the self-service site to verify eligibility and retrieve their credentials. Congregations do not assign these credentials but may re-send them if needed.

These credentials allow delegates to vote in the UUA election and, if registered for General Assembly, to participate in voting on the business listed in the business agenda.
