Dear First Unitarian Church of Honolulu,

May is Mothering the Movement Month at the Unitarian Universalist Women’s Federation. Transformative mothering includes but goes far beyond family life–we are celebrating the millions of women+ who are and have been the laborers, birthers, and caregivers of justice.

Mothers, in our expansive definition of the term, are and always have been mothering the movement for collective liberation.

HELP US GROW THE MOVEMENT
There are many ways to mother. We hope you’ll join us in shining a light on all the mothering that’s taking place in your congregation and in our shared movement for collective liberation.UUWF plans to continue to offer resources and support to congregations in their gender justice work long into the future–but our most sustainable future is one powered by you.Please pledge a Pass-the-Plate for UUWF in May, and be a part of mothering the movement.
