Hi,
I’m Arushi Panwar—an LGBTQ+ health education leader dedicated to advancing reproductive justice, LGBTQ+ health equity, and data-informed, community-rooted public health strategies. My work includes developing an LGBTQ+ sex ed program that’s reached over 1,000 participants, chairing a multidisciplinary LGBTQ+ Community Advisory Board, leading organization-wide competency trainings, and leveraging data to drive strategic, equity-centered growth.
I’m thrilled to introduce the Rainbow Room Summer Session—an LGBTQ+ sex education webinar series that’s expanding nationally this summer! This initiative is deeply important, offering education that is free, accessible, inclusive, and medically accurate, specifically created to affirm and empower queer and trans communities, while remaining free and welcoming to everyone.

Each session dives into a different topic co-presenter by educators across the country—from medically accurate sex ed to gender-affirming care, queer history, healthy relationships, and more.
