OFFICE CLOSING:
As per the UUPCC’s pending dissolution plan, the UUPCC office at Eden Seminary is closing on August 31st. Our office administrator Trina Priese is currently transferring final operations to her home. Note that as of August 31st, the UUPCC phone system will cease to exist, so please DO NOT LEAVE MESSAGES on the line even if it does accept them.
FINAL PARTNER TRANSFERS MUST BE MAILED BY 10/25:
The UUPCC will continue monthly transfers to Transylvania through October and with final transfers to all countries on November 15. However as of August 19th, all UUPCC mail is being forwarded to Trina’s home. This means that on top of the current pandemic slowdown in mail service, the forwarding process may add up to an additional two weeks to arrive. Hence the Oct. 25 cutoff for mailing all final transfer checks.
We are excited to announce that plans are nearing completion for new transfer procedures after we dissolve, and we will share that information as soon as possible. In the meantime, Trina will continue to monitor email and postal mail as usual so please don’t hesitate to contact her at office@uupcc.org with any questions or concerns.
