- ICE Immigration Operation Observers: Rights & Best Practices: Sunday, August 9, 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM, UH Manoa (location available upon registration) – Training on rights and best practices for witnesses and observers in documenting federal immigration operations, e.g. ICE.
