  • Our congregation donated $1,163 to our June share the plate recipient, Hawaii Health and Harm Reduction Center.
  • Our share the plate recipient organization for August is Mohala Mai and you will hear more about this organization on Sunday.

Enjoy light refreshments while connecting with local organizations working on issues including safety and peace for all, living wages, climate justice, reproductive rights, and voting rights.

In addition, join us for a community screening of Mālama Mākua, a powerful documentary tracing the decades-long movement to protect and restore the sacred lands of Mākua Valley.

  • ICE Immigration Operation Observers: Rights & Best Practices: Sunday, August 9, 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM, UH Manoa (location available upon registration) – Training on rights and best practices for witnesses and observers in documenting federal immigration operations, e.g. ICE.
