The Social Justice Council meets the first Thursday evening of each month on Zoom. If you let me, Nancy Young (salth2onancy@gmail.com), know that you’d like to attend, I’ll email you the entrance code. We’ve gotten interesting ideas from visitors lately.

Please save October 11th for a special Welcoming Congregation Meeting. We’ll send out more information about that soon.

We’ve decided to donate the half the June collection plate to Black Lives Matter since they need money for bail for non-violent demonstrators so much. We will discuss giving to our local groups like Family Promise and Laundry  Love during later months. In July we will give to Youth Outreach (YO). We’ll make arrangements for the Undies Sundays box to be available by drive through during July. YO is always so much in need of boxer shorts for both boys and girls.
