Come and join us at the Festival of Resistance at UH-Manoa and help share with others the ways the Social Justice Council and so many other parts of our community seek to heal a hurting world together.

This is the big gear-up event for Faith Action to prepare for the all-important meeting in October when politicians will “face” members of our shared community and state for the record where they stand and how they will represent the will of the people. Come help us build our power!

PPSH Fund Our Hawaii Schools Event at UH-Manoa
Though your Social Justice Council is not organizing this event, the SJC is supporting this important work and believes many are interested in learning more about this important issue. You can hear more about the historic work of members our community to fund justly and comprehensively the public schools. STAY TUNED: The Social Justice Council received a grant from the UUA to get out the vote. As plans come together to get as many people to the polls as possible and let the voice of the voiceless be heard, please keep your ears peeled for more news from your Social Justice Council about getting involved with this important event!
