  • Our congregation wrote 1500 postcards for the organization ReClaim Our Vote for the Georgia Senate runoff elections to counter voter suppression.  High voter turnout in this election shows these efforts were not in vain.  Thanks to everyone who helped strengthen our democracy.

 

  • Join the candle light vigil “For Our People Inside” at Oahu Community Correctional Center, 2199 Kamehameha Hwy, Honolulu January 6, 6p.m.  Honor the lives of those lost and the suffering due to Covid-19 outbreaks and demand criminal justice reform.

 

  • The Hawaii State Harm Reduction Conference is offering a series of workshops this Thursday, Friday and Saturday.  The ‘harm reduction’ philosophy uses a non-judgmental, holistic and individualized approach to support incremental change & increase the health and well-being of individuals and communities.
