Welina me ke aloha! Greetings! The summer days slip by so quickly here in Idaho. I just remembered that I had to write an article for the July 31 newsletter. I will blame it on celebrating my birthday over too many days!

Regarding celebrations, the Board will work on an Annual Calendar at its next meeting. I have asked Board members to develop a list of special celebratory events that we as a community look forward to. Which church community celebrations are you passionate about? Please send your ideas to Catherine Graham and tell us what makes them significant to you. For example, on Christmas Day, would you like a special meal with others? Let us know!

Mahalo to all of you who offered to complete the Hope For Us (H4Us) input form. We expect to hear back from the H4Us staff in the latter part of this month, and then we will share more information.
