Once a month, we come together to rest.
Our Radical Rest Gatherings are a gentle pause in the middle of our busy, demanding lives—a space to breathe, slow down, and reconnect with yourself and community.
As we approach the upcoming holiday season, with all its expectations, emotions, and energy, we invite you to join the UUWF staff for an hour of intentional stillness and grounding. This is a space to decompress, release what you’ve been carrying, and gather the strength and clarity you need to move through the season as your best and most supported self.
