Youth Outreach (YO!) serves as a safe haven for Waikiki’s homeless youth, offering medical care, social services and non-judgmental support along with food, hot showers and clothing.

As in years past, we support YO! with financial donations via our Share the Plate Program and by purchasing specific items. Purchasing requested items while you are out shopping helps reduce the workload of the YO! staff.

This year, YO! requests are:

* Men’s underwear size M, L, and XL (the knit kind that have longer legs)

* Women’s underwear size 6 (med), 7 (large) and 8 (XL)  (bikini and hip hugger styles)

* Boys’ underwear sizes small, medium and large

* Hotel size shampoo, conditioner and soap

* Large size shampoo, conditioner and soap but NOT the pump style

NEW INFO: YO! will also gratefully accept gently used clothing for young adults.

You may place your purchased donations in the decorated box located at the entrance to the church sanctuary.

The annual YO! campaign is sponsored by the Social Justice Council and the Chalice Circles Program.
