It has been our annual tradition to collect new boxer shorts for Youth Outreach (YO). YO serves as a safe haven for Waikiki homeless youth offering medical care, social services and non-judgmental support along with food, hot shows and clothing.
And yes, boxer shorts are the undies of choice by all YO youth.
In spite of the pandemic, there will be a collection box at the church during the month of July. You can drive through and place your donation in the box located near the front door. Our Social Justice Council has made arrangements for the undies to be regularly be collected.
Cash donations can be made on Sundays in July during our worship service offertory when YO is our Share the Plate recipient. You may also:
