Pacific Buddhist Academy, Founder’s Hall
1754 Lusitana Street, Honolulu, Hawaii
This teaching points out that both happiness and suffering are merely perceptions of the mind. As such, whatever conditions arise – be they positive, negative, neutral, external, or internal – ultimately our experience is determined by our mind. Khentrul Rinpoche shares this extraordinary pith advice of the great mind training master Gyalsey Togmey. This training gives us the power to determine how much joy or suffering we experience.
Rinpoche requests attendance for the two full days so that the teaching is understood clearly and fully.
