We will discuss A Man Called Ove by Fredrik Backman. This book is about a man who is angry at the world and everyone in it and is not afraid to tell them why. It is also a story of tragedy, regret, love, and Ove’s struggle to accept friendship from an unlikely source. Throughout the book Ove also speaks to his deceased wife, complaining about the neighbors, the rule breakers, and how much he misses her. During the interludes within the narrative, we also learn about how Ove became Ove.
