Not good for the Gallery or the Church

Hi David, this “event” does serve a purpose — it reserves the room during this time slot on the calendar to make sure no one else tries to reserve the Gallery. We used to reserve the entire period under “Artist’s Reception,” but people were getting confused and thinking the reception itself started at 4:30. I’ve added a description to explain the room is unavailable for use because of the set-up. Thanks.
