There will be a short Congregational Meeting immediately following worship service this Sunday, September 25th.  The purpose of the meeting is to vote on a nomination to fill the vacancy of the Board of Directors.

Members, please plan to attend to ensure quorum and to vote.  All are welcome to attend while voting is by Active Members only.

Voting will occur in person and via Zoom.

Absentee Voting: If you are not able to vote in person or over Zoom, our church bylaws allow for absentee voting at all meetings of the Church membership, except for the Annual Meeting. In accordance with our Church bylaws, requests for absentee ballots must be received before the September 25th meeting.  Please call or email Acting President Liz  to request a ballot, see contact information below.  Ballots will be delivered via email or by US Postal Service no later than the third business day after the meeting.  To be counted ballots must be received at the Church office, see address below, or returned to Liz Aulsebrook via email within ten calendar days from the mail/email date.
