Dear Friends,
I am Clay Connor, Interim Director of the Unitarian Universalist Rowe Camp and Conference Center. As we celebrate our centennial, I extend a heartfelt invitation to reconnect with our youth camps, a haven for fun, safety, and inclusivity, deeply rooted in UU principles.
Last year, we paused our youth camps to reevaluate and enhance our offerings. For summer 2024, we’re excited to bring back these programs, better than ever. Our focus is on providing transformative experiences that resonate with today’s youth.
I am reaching out specifically to the UU community across New England, New York, and New Jersey, with a special focus on Youth Ministers and their ministries. It’s crucial for us to rebuild these connections, and I would be delighted to speak with you and your groups about Rowe’s rich history, our revitalized plans for this summer, and our vision for the future.
This centennial year, let’s collaborate in offering unforgettable experiences for our youth. Financial assistance is available for campers in need, and we’re also looking for passionate individuals for youth camp employment. Exploring the possibilities of Rowe Camp together can open doors to unforgettable experiences for our youth.
