The Board met on Saturday, July 20, on Zoom for a 3-hour orientation. The time was spent reviewing policies and procedures, studying organizational and RACI charts, and revising the Minister’s contract to give both the Minister and the Board the ability to terminate the contract with 90-day notice. The Budget reduction ideas were discussed, but no concrete changes were considered. The Finance Committee is tasked with coming up with recommendations for significant budget reductions.
Board meetings will be held on the 3 rd Tuesday of the month at 6:30 pm on Zoom. The next Board meeting will be held on August 20.
In the event you require a paper check for an expenditure, the authorized signatories are currently the President and the Secretary. The Vice-President and Treasurer will be added shortly.
